1. Not medical advice

SpinaCareSync is an organizational tool for coordinating a child's care — calendars, contacts, logs, and notes. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not monitor anyone's health. Content in the app is entered by you and your care team, not by clinicians employed by us.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any question about a medical condition, medication, or care plan. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something recorded in — or missing from — the Service.

2. Emergencies

The Service is not an emergency or monitoring service and must never be used in an emergency. If a child may need urgent help, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States) or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

3. No professional relationship

Using SpinaCareSync does not create a doctor–patient, clinician–patient, or any other professional relationship between you (or your child) and Harper Grace Solutions LLC.

4. Accuracy of information

The information in the Service is entered and maintained by you and the people you invite. We do not verify it. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — medication times, dosages, appointment details, and observations — and for confirming important details directly with your care providers.

5. Reminders and notifications

Appointment reminders and notifications are a convenience, not a guarantee. Delivery can be delayed or fail (for example, due to email filtering or device settings). Do not rely on a reminder as your only safeguard for a time-critical medication or appointment.

6. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, as described in our Terms of Service. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — please keep your own copies of anything critical.
