These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Harper Grace Solutions LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of SpinaCareSync (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a care organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
SpinaCareSync is a private coordination tool that helps a child's care team — parents, family members, and caregivers — keep appointments, specialist contacts, daily care logs, and notes in one shared household workspace.
The Service is an organizational tool, not medical advice. Nothing in the Service is a substitute for professional medical judgment. See our Disclaimer.
Care data is organized into households. The person who creates a household (the owner) can invite others and assign roles. You are responsible for who you invite and for the permissions you give them — anyone you invite can see the care data in your household. Remove access promptly when someone should no longer have it.
If you join a household run by a care organization, that organization manages your access and the data in that household.
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. It covers prohibited content and conduct, including strict rules about other people's personal and health information. Breaking it can lead to suspension or termination of your account.
You keep ownership of the content you enter into the Service (appointments, notes, logs, contacts, and other data). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and your household. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for advertising.
You confirm that you have the right to enter the information you add — including information about a child in your care and the professionals you list — and that doing so does not violate anyone else's rights.
The Service stores and organizes information you enter; it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it does not create a clinician–patient relationship. If a child may be having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the U.S.) immediately — do not rely on the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information, and is part of these Terms.
We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If a change materially reduces the Service you have paid for, you may cancel and request a refund as described in the Refund Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that information you store will never be lost — please keep your own copies of anything critical.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harper Grace Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you have not paid us). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harper Grace Solutions LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you submit, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that create risk for other users. When an account is deleted, personal data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Harper Grace Solutions LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under your local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
